Full description and what we offer

Fortis Manufacturing builds AR-15 and AR-10 parts with one focus: reliability. They don't do retail firearms—they make the components that go into them. Handguards, optic mounts, bolts, grips, stocks, charging handles, safety selectors, muzzle devices. The full ecosystem of parts that shooters actually need.

  • Optic Mounts are their flagships. The AP series (AP 1, AP 2, AP 3) are precision 30mm and 34mm scope mounts in multiple heights. The F1 mounts handle absolute co-witness and lower-third setups. Both ship in anodized aluminum—black, FDE, or ODG—and handle the beating a rifle takes.
  • Handguards include the Night Rail (16-inch, M-LOK compatible, free-float) and Camber rail systems. The SHIFT vertical grip is M-LOK compatible and hits a specific angle. Everything supports modern rail standards.

Lower Parts & Accessories: - K1 and K2 castle nut systems (tapered and locking lever designs) - Lightweight Enhanced (LE) and Contractor Series components - Control Shield Gen II safety selector (case-hardened finish) - SS FIFTY MOD 2 selector with 50° and 90° positions - Torque pistol grips in multiple angles (5°, 25°) - Billet dust covers - Enhanced lower parts kits (minus FCU and trigger guard)

  • Material & Finish: 6061 T6 aluminum with anodize finishes. Nitride-coated barrels and bolt carriers. 17-4 stainless steel options. Components come in matched sets for builds—License GEN II AR-15 matched sets (AMBI, carbon fiber and non-CF versions), plus bundles that pair uppers, lowers, and stocks together.

Fortis built a budget line called Contractor Series—castle nuts at $15.95, magazine catch buttons at $31.95. Same design thinking, lower price. Solid entry point if you're building on a budget.

They move "F'D UP (BLEMS)" inventory—parts with minor cosmetic issues. Carbon fiber options on select grips and handguards for weight savings. Regular sales rotate items through pricing adjustments.

Fortis sells direct to consumers through their website and maintains a dealer locator for shops that stock their parts. They offer LEO/Military discounts and have an affiliate program for content creators. New 10 sticker code on email signup.

Their blog covers ammunition, coatings, and materials: - 9mm ammunition advantages (recoil, cost, adoption across military/LE/civilian) - Nitride coating benefits for AR-15 reliability and durability - 17-4 stainless steel component advantages (enhanced durability, corrosion resistance, precision)

Limited Lifetime Warranty on products. Full California AB 1263 compliance notice posted. Returns policy outlined. Shipping info available. Terms cover sales policy and legal compliance.

Swag line includes New Era caps (Ballistic Cap, Interception Cap, Snapback), knit beanies, patches (velcro-backed PVC morale patches, military/LEO inspired), stickers, and branded shirts. Aluminum D6 dice sets. Heavy-duty keychains. Designs include Dino Park, Shield Logo, "Pew Pew Life," Carbon Fiber, and Seattle Fortis themes.
