Full description and what we offer
The Duck Camp started as a small group of friends hunting together and grew into the Pacific Northwest's primary waterfowl outfitter. Their guides know the Skagit Valley marshes, fields, and migration patterns inside out—which matters when you're chasing ducks and geese.
The Skagit Valley holds diverse waterfowl depending on season: Canada geese, snow geese, mallards, pintails, wigeon, canvasback, redhead, scaup, and Brant. Peak migration runs November through December, but they also run an early Canada goose season (September 6-14) that fills fast.
They provide all hunting equipment, decoys, and blinds. You bring appropriate clothing, boots, and personal items—they'll send a detailed packing list once you book. The lodge handles your overnight accommodations, so you're not driving before sunrise or after dark.
"As someone new to waterfowl hunting, I couldn't have asked for better guides. The Duck Camp made my first duck hunting experience absolutely incredible!" — First-Time Hunter
Their guides tailor each hunt to your skill level. First-timers, experienced hunters, family trips, corporate groups, extended stays—they handle all of it. Repeat clients come back year after year because consistency matters.
You'll need a valid Washington hunting license, waterfowl stamp, and HIP certification. The guides can walk you through requirements. Booking 2-3 months in advance is standard practice, especially for peak season.
Limited early Canada goose season slots available—call soon if September hunts interest you.
