Spokane Valley Rifle and Pistol Club

Spokane Valley Rifle and Pistol Club is located on Belmont Road in Mica, Washington, on grounds spanning hundreds of acres. The club operates the Belmont Road Range and a separate Jons Road Range, a members-only pistol range also referred to in event listings as "Cowboy Town." The club's facilities are used by local, state, and federal law enforcement officers as well as individual and family members.

SVRPC hosts a recurring Retiree Wednesday Shoot for Spokane-area retirees, member training sessions in the Ramil bay of the members range, and a BPCR Fun Match held on the club's Upper range. Membership applications require a signed liability release and rules acknowledgment along with a driver's license photo for each adult applicant.
