This isn't a range you visit—it's the sanctioning body that connects competitors nationwide. IR 50/50 provides:
- •Match Scheduling: Maintains a comprehensive calendar of sanctioned matches across multiple states (Florida, California, Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New York, Illinois, Iowa, Georgia, Washington, Maine, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Ohio)
- •Official Rankings: Tracks competitor performance across different divisions and match formats
- •Results Management: Posts and archives match results typically within one week of competition
- •Competition Classes: Factory, Sporter, Unlimited, 10.5# and 13.5# divisions, plus 3-Gun and specialized formats

Matches run at both indoor and outdoor ranges, at 50 yards, 100 yards, and meter distances depending on the venue and division.
Can I shoot if I don't have equipment? Many shooters have extra equipment and will lend it to newcomers. Contact the Rangemaster at your local match.
No dedicated benchrest rifle? That's fine. As long your equipment meets weight and stock requirements for your chosen class, you're welcome to compete. Many benchrest shooters start with standard rifles.
Each affiliated range sets its own policies on age limits, adult supervision, and removable bolt requirements—contact the local Rangemaster for specifics.
