This is a 50-target 3D archery course—you're shooting at life-sized animal targets set across varied terrain, which is exactly how field archery sharpens your real-world accuracy. Day 1 of the competition takes place at Coon Valley Conservation Club in Wisconsin.
Compound, recurve, and longbow shooters each compete in their own division. The 3D format tests how you read distance and adjust on the fly, making it different from flat-range shooting. It's a full course walk, so bring water and expect to be out there.
