GunPort Academy is a private specialty school focused entirely on firearms training. Lead instructor LTC Wm. Gary Mozingo brings 23 years of U.S. Army experience and holds certifications in:

- •Non-Lethal instructor (hand-cuffing, M.A.C.H., baton, chemical OC)
- •Civilian Marksmanship Program Master
- •Gunsite Academy 250 "Silver Raven"
- •Colt Defense armorer certification
- •Specialized courses in precision rifle, patrol rifle, handgun, shotgun
- •Night fire training (Phase IV available)
- •Skeet/trap range access
- •FFL gun sales and transfers
- •Land lease arrangements for serious shooters
