This is a public facility with minimal infrastructure—think functional, not fancy. No clubhouse, no rental equipment, no ammunition sales. You bring your own firearms, ammo, targets, and cleaning supplies. The range is weather-dependent and operates on daylight hours only unless you arrange a permit with the Alabama Division of Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries.
The partnership between state wildlife management and county government keeps this range accessible to hunters, sport shooters, and recreational target shooters at minimal cost.
