Head instructor Travis Reier moved to Alaska in 1997 and has been a professional firefighter in Anchorage since 2002, currently serving as a Captain at the busiest station in the city. He began formal instructor training in 2009 and has been helping shooters improve ever since. He leads church security for a large local congregation and consults with other places of worship on effective security implementation.

Instructor Matthew Birky competes in pistol leagues and multi-gun competitions. Range Operations Coach Christoph Reier has been shooting and hunting since age 6, bringing field experience and safety expertise to every class.
