1. Buy in stock or online – Pick up suppressors at your local Murdoch's or order through Silencer Shop and have it shipped to your store of choice 2. Create a Silencer Shop account – Some locations have kiosks where you complete fingerprints and photo registration in about 5 minutes 3. Choose your registration type – Individual, Single Shot Trust, Unlimited Trust, Traditional NFA Trust, or Corporation 4. Register with ATF eForms – Your email and address must match exactly between ATF eForms and Silencer Shop 5. Digital signature via DocuSign – Silencer Shop sends the document for you to review and sign 6. Schedule ATF submission – Contact your local store to set an appointment for eForm 4 submission (can be done remotely or in-store) 7. Pick up after approval – Complete ATF Form 4473 and take possession once the ATF approves your tax stamp
