The CCW School specializes in concealed carry permits and firearms safety training across Orange, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties. All instructors are DOJ-certified and SB2 compliant, providing training that meets requirements for multiple agencies in each county.

- •Duration: 16 hours

All CCW applicants must complete in-person, live-fire training after online coursework. This applies to both initial and renewal applicants. Every firearm listed on your permit requires separate live-fire qualification.

Orange County: Courses approved for all 33 cities including Irvine, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Laguna Beach, San Clemente, and Anaheim.
Los Angeles County: Approved for LASD, myCCW.us applicants, and 40+ contracted cities including Santa Monica, Long Beach, Pasadena, Torrance, Glendale, Beverly Hills, and West Covina.
San Diego County: In-person courses approved for all cities including San Diego, Chula Vista, Escondido, Coronado, and Vista.
The school provides comprehensive guidance on Orange County CCW applications, including required documents (CA ID, proof of residency, citizenship documentation) and the live scan fingerprinting process. All training requirements can be fulfilled at The CCW School to complete your application package.
