The club handles logistics for funded activities: - Airfare arrangements at lowest rates (mileage reimbursement capped at airline cost) - Hotel accommodations for competitions - Meal reimbursement - Competition entry fees - Equipment handling for international travel (U.S. Customs Form #4457 required)
Athletes are responsible for submitting expense vouchers within 7 days to the Treasurer. Untimely submissions may not be honored.
