EBR Works operates as an FFL in Prescott with three main offerings: consignment sales, compliance transfers, and dealer transfers.

You bring firearms, they handle the GunBroker auction. The commission is 15% ($99 minimum per item) plus GunBroker's listing and final value fees. Once payment clears, you get a check with a full accounting. They provide professional photos and write descriptions—you review everything before it goes live.

Note: Once an auction starts, it can't be cancelled early. If you pull an item after they've done photography and research, the commission is still due on fair market value.

Base fee: $85 per firearm. They handle two scenarios:

• •Out-of-state dealers won't ship to you? EBR receives it, makes it compliant if needed, then ships to your local dealer.
• •Want something from major online vendors? They hold accounts with most suppliers, can purchase the gun you want, make it compliant, and ship it out.

Compliance work and shipping cost extra beyond the base fee.

LEO transfers from outside dealers cost $25. They welcome law enforcement clients and can discuss duty carry needs.

• •Appointment only — M-F 9-5. Call or email to schedule.
• •Special orders require full payment in advance (or $500 deposit on items they stock).
• •Cancellation fee on special orders: 20% restocking + 3.5% credit card processing fee.
• •Storage fee: $5/day per firearm after 30 days. Items left 180+ days are considered abandoned.
• •Consignment auctions are as-is with no returns.
