Full description and what we offer

Longhorn Leather AZ makes custom leather holsters and gun belts from a Scottsdale workshop. Everything is handcrafted—not mass-produced, not drop-shipped. Mark builds each piece individually using traditional Western leather artistry techniques.

Most holster makers use shortcuts. Longhorn doesn't.

  • The leather: Every holster starts with 7–8 oz. Hermann Oak leather—full-grain, vegetable-tanned. That's the gold standard for holster making, period. The interior is lined with 5–6 oz. Hermann Oak as well. This isn't budget material.
  • The construction: Hand-tooled Western patterns, precision stitching with heavy-duty bonded nylon, wet-formed and molded by hand for a glove-like fit. Edges are burnished by hand. The final finish is applied by hand, which is why each piece has its own character.
  • The fit: Customers who own multiple holsters—including Kydex—consistently say Mark's leather draws better. "Strong yet supple and never 'give' after break-in," one wrote. Another: "Drawing from one of his holsters is better than drawing from Kydex."

This isn't hype. Actual customers:
