Full description and what we offer
Wild West Paintball and Airsoft Park started as a discovery. Ben Lau found the original Wild West Paintball field online in 2013 while searching for places to play with his brother Jake and friends around Phoenix. After years of visiting, he and Jake learned it was for sale in 2014. They bought it and rebranded it as Wild West Paintball and Airsoft Park, turning their shared passion into a business.
Paintball and airsoft are competitive team shooting sports where players eliminate opponents by tagging them with gelatin shells (paintballs) or airsoft projectiles. Beyond the competition, the sport delivers real benefits:
Ben sees paintball and airsoft as a vehicle to build essential life skills and change how people view shooting sports in a positive way.
Operating an outdoor paintball field in Arizona presents challenges. The paintball scene is smaller than on the East Coast or in California, and Arizona's intense summer heat demands careful management. The Lau brothers have navigated these obstacles while maintaining consistent growth, even weathering the 2020 COVID-19 closure by following safety guidelines.
Wild West Paintball and Airsoft Park welcomes families, friends, and competitive players. The team runs games throughout the day and communicates directly with customers to ensure smooth, successful matches. Employees are core to the operation—Ben credits his staff's hard work and dedication as essential to the business's success.
