Hudson River Valley Customs started with a simple problem: finding grips that looked as good as they felt. Ron and Joy couldn't find what they wanted for their Smith & Wesson Model 19-9, so they built it themselves. That obsession with doing it right turned into HRV Grips®—and now they're making some of the most detailed custom firearm grips in the industry.

HRV Customs manufactures pre-designed and fully custom grips for:

Every pattern is created in-house and hand-engraved one at a time. All medallions are hand-set—no shortcuts.

They source from industry leaders Hogue® Inc., Altamont® Company, and Netticks Grips™ for field-proven wood products. Your grip options include:

You can order two ways:

• •Pre-Designed Grips — Ready-made designs in stock finishes. Browse by firearm model on their website. Turnaround typically 1-3 weeks.

• •Custom Builds — Design your own with engraving patterns, medallion options (OEM or premium gold/silver-plated), and backstrap customization. Mockup shown on plywood before final engraving. Personalized items require approval before production.

• •Netticks Showcase: Engineered wood and bonded ivory grips with Flat-Face Fingergroove Technology (FFT) and Fingergroove Target (FGT) profiles for Ruger, Colt, Sig Sauer, Kimber, Walther, and Smith & Wesson frames.
