Full description and what we offer
Licensed to Carry operates as the highest-rated concealed carry training program in Northwest Arkansas, with over 275 verified 5-star Google reviews. Their approach is straightforward: provide firearms training in a non-threatening environment where students meet Arkansas's five-hour concealed carry license requirement without the pressure or intimidation common at other ranges.
They operate on a simple model with two distinct options:
Classroom Instruction - $100 per student - 5-hour structured course - Up to 20 students per session - Range qualification included - Covers safe handling, legal responsibilities, and situational awareness
Private In-Home Training - $100-$120 per person (minimum group) - Flexible scheduling - Held at your location - Ideal for those who prefer smaller groups or custom timing
Renewal appointments take 30 minutes and include range fees. Their team walks clients through requirements and documentation, reducing the confusion that often surrounds permit renewals.

They're the #1 choice in NWA for concealed carry licensing. The 275+ reviews aren't from a marketing push—they're from students who experienced something different: instruction that actually makes sense in a stress-free environment.
Low-stress environment - Many come in nervous about firearms. Instructors acknowledge this and build confidence through structured, supportive instruction.
Practical over bureaucratic - They cover what you actually need to know: safe handling, awareness, legal boundaries, and real-world decision-making. Not just form-filling.
Repeat customers - "Excellent feedback and many repeat customers" appears throughout their materials. People come back for renewals and recommend friends because the experience is genuinely good.
Flexible scheduling - Whether you want a traditional classroom with others or private training at home, they adapt to your needs rather than forcing you into their schedule.
Their philosophy centers on responsibility. Initial courses build foundational knowledge about safe handling, legal considerations, and situational awareness. Renewal training reinforces these concepts and covers law updates, ensuring carriers stay current with regulations.
Every participant receives direct instructor attention. With small classroom groups (max 20) and private training options, students aren't lost in a crowd.
