Whether you're after a weekend hunting spot or a multi-year lease with lodging, their catalog includes parcels suited to whitetail deer, turkey, waterfowl, and upland game hunting.
The leasing timeline is straightforward:
- •Standard lease term: 12 months (other arrangements negotiable)
- •Payment options: Credit card, money order, certified check, or payment plans for qualified hunters
- •Viewing process: Call or text Derek to arrange a property visit
- •Contract signing: Typically takes 15 minutes once you've seen the property
- •Renewal: Lease renewal available following landowner and My Hunting Land approval
Leases are priced for the entire group of hunters—not per person. The number of hunters allowed varies by property size and landowner preference.
Available parcels come with various features hunters actually want:
- •Stands and Blinds: Tower blinds, pit blinds, and tree stand options
- •Infrastructure: Food plots, lodging, camping facilities, and ponds on select properties
- •Land Types: CRP grass, row crops, and timber parcels
