SRT Tactical brings serious credentials to the classroom and range. Their instructor roster includes former Army intel officers, federal agents, ERT team members, and retired law enforcement with 28+ years of service. This isn't a side hustle—they're the only training company in Arkansas staffed entirely by current or former certified firearms instructors and law enforcement officers.
| Course | Price | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Basic Pistol Training | $99 | One Day |
| Ladies Only Basic Pistol | $99 | One Day |
| Refresher Pistol Training | $50 | One Day |
| Advanced Pistol Level I | $200 | Multi-day |
| Advanced Pistol Level II | $200 | Multi-day |
| Arkansas Concealed Handgun License | $65 | One Day |
Basic Pistol covers fundamentals—safety rules, nomenclature, cleaning, and marksmanship drills. Classroom work transitions to live-fire under instructor supervision.
Advanced Level I is for shooters ready to move beyond basics. You'll drill malfunction recovery, reloads, point shooting, sighted fire, movement drills, and low-light operations.
Advanced Level II focuses on defensive scenarios and concealed carry. This is high-stress training with priority fire, decision-making under pressure, and post-engagement protocols.
Ladies Only uses the same curriculum as Basic Pistol in a women-focused environment.
Arkansas Concealed Handgun License courses are taught by NRA and Arkansas State Police Certified instructors and include live-fire qualification.
One-on-one training available if you want personalized instruction matched to your skill level and goals.
Their indoor/outdoor range is set up for both new and experienced shooters. Hours run Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM and Saturday 10AM–6PM. When you book a course, they provide directions to the range location.
Equipment requirements for live-fire courses: valid Arkansas driver's license or ID, a pistol, three magazines (10+ round capacity), and eye and hearing protection. Equipment checks happen before class starts.
No one should fear an inanimate object. You deserve a safe place to train. You should feel confident when you carry.
That's their approach. They train gun owners at all levels on cleaning, storage, shooting mechanics, and defensive readiness—whether you're brand new or carrying daily.
