Absolute Tactical Training operates out of San Diego with instructors who've served in Special Operations Units and taught with U.S. Special Operation Forces, federal and state law enforcement, and foreign militaries. This isn't curriculum from textbooks—it's instruction based on current, real-world experience.
Concealed Carry & Permit Courses - San Diego County CCW Course – $200 (8 hours). You apply with San Diego Sheriff's Department first (99% approval rate), then take the certified course once approved. - Multi-State CCW Permits – $225 for Arizona & Florida permits combined. These work in 33+ states. Arizona good for 5 years ($60 state fee), Florida good for 7 years ($97 state fee). Note: These do NOT work in California. - California BSIS Initial Exposed Carry – $200 (8 hours + range time). For security officers, executive protection agents, bodyguards, and private investigators. Includes classroom instruction, weapon manipulation, dry fire drills, range time, and signed application. Must have or be obtaining California Guard Card.
Private Firearms Training - One-on-one instruction dramatically improves skills for beginners and advanced shooters. Information retention is better in comfortable, familiar environments (your home, office, etc.). - Pricing: 3-hour session $400 + range time; 6-hour session $700 + range time. Additional people $125 each. - Topics covered: Firearms safety, weapon handling, threat assessment, deadly force decision-making, reload and malfunction drills, home defense tactics, weapon selection, maintenance, range fundamentals. - Instructors provide instant feedback on marksmanship, cover pistol and rifle transitions, shooting on the move, strong and weak hand work, concealed and open carry techniques, and confined-space shooting (vehicles, homes).
Group & Corporate Training - Minimum 2 days. Designed for mixed skill levels, perfect for team-building and leadership development. - Covers firearm safety, marksmanship fundamentals, safe handling, holster drawing, reloads, malfunction drills, static and moving shots. - Options for pistol-only or combinations of pistol, shotgun, and rifle. - Includes friendly competition drills and team problem-solving exercises. - Professional instructor-to-participant ratios for safe training environment. Ear/eye protection, lunch, and refreshments can be provided.
CPR/First Aid/BLS Courses (coming soon)
Their core strength is combining tactical instruction with California compliance—they navigate the state's specific requirements (San Diego County CCW, BSIS certification, California Guard Card prerequisites) while teaching skills that transfer to multi-state carry permits. Instructors draw from Special Operations and law enforcement backgrounds, not outdated textbooks.
