Joseph Berumen is an NRA-certified firearm instructor operating across Los Angeles County and surrounding regions. He specializes in hands-on safety training for shooters at every skill level—from first-timers to experienced shooters looking to refine their skills.

Classes cover the fundamentals that matter: - Safe handling techniques and firearm mechanics - Proper storage and responsibility - Shooting fundamentals and marksmanship - Tactical awareness - Hands-on practice at real shooting ranges under expert supervision

Each class is taught live at a shooting range, not in a classroom. You practice what you learn immediately.

Classes rotate between three Southern California shooting venues:

Burro Canyon Shooting Park (Primary) - 22100 E Fork Rd, Azusa, CA 91702 - Outdoor range, most common class location

Angeles Shooting Ranges - 12651 Little Tujunga Canyon Rd, Sylmar, CA 91342 - Open-air facility in the San Fernando Valley area

Firing-Line Indoor Shooting - 1060 N Lake St, Burbank, CA 91502 - Indoor range option for covered shooting

Location availability varies by class date. You'll be notified of your specific venue before your appointment.

Classes available throughout Greater Los Angeles County and surrounding areas, including:

Alhambra, Anaheim, Arcadia, Azusa, Burbank, Compton, Costa Mesa, Duarte, Fullerton, Glendale, Huntington Beach, Long Beach, Monrovia, Ontario, San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita, Sun Valley, Ventura

Both individual and group instruction available. Group classes work well for friends, family, or coworkers learning together. Schedule options: call or use the online booking system.

You can attend with your own pistol, rifle, or shotgun. Or opt for packages that let you shoot his firearms during class. Discuss your preference with Joseph before your appointment—he can recommend what works best for your skill level and goals.

Because classes are in-person with significant time and equipment invested, no refunds are issued. Exceptions exist for: - Class delays due to severe weather - Instructor emergencies that prevent teaching
