Echo Whiskey Tactical is a veteran-owned training company serving Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama, Butte, Glenn, Colusa, Plumas, and Sacramento Counties, plus authorized to issue Arizona non-resident CCW permits.

All instructors are seasoned law enforcement veterans with multiple instructor ratings and certifications including California Peace Officer Standards & Training (POST) and NRA certification.

The team—Walt Bullington, Jeff Wallace, Eric Forsberg, and Shawn "Chili" Villano—brings over 100 years of combined experience with real-world involvement in critical incidents.

CCW Courses - Initial CCW: 16 hours, $225 (varies by jurisdiction) - Renewal CCW: 8 hours, $125 - Covers California and Federal concealed carry laws, self-defense legal definitions, and societal considerations - Classes in Redding and McCloud locations

Tactical & Specialized Training - Tactical Pistol & Rifle courses - Lever-action rifle instruction - Women's-only firearm classes - Private courses available (8-student minimum, 2-week notice required)

Workplace Safety Division - Active Shooter & Workplace Violence Response training for schools, companies, nonprofits, churches - Two-hour consultation with site security analysis and interior/exterior design review - "Run-Hide-Fight" principle instruction tailored to specific locations - Full threat assessment and crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) available - Instructors certified by International Crime Free Association, ALICE, AVERT, and US Department of Homeland Security

POST and Standards and Training for Corrections (STC) certified courses for peace officers and corrections staff.
