Dale teaches how to avoid being a victim, deter crime, and use pepper spray, stun devices, or Tasers effectively. Covers predator behavior and victim selection. - Electronic Stun Weapons (ECD) Training: 15 years teaching law enforcement and civilians. Police-grade Tasers project probes 15-20 feet. Legal in California. Dale sells them and trains you how to use them.
Instructors hold: NRA, POST (Peace Officer Standards & Training), DOJ, and BSIS certifications. Also licensed California Firearm Safety Course instructor—that FSC certificate ($25 additional) is required by California law to purchase a firearm unless you're exempted.
"I've been a police officer for the last two decades and more. We know what criminals and deviants look for when they are stalking or selecting victims. It isn't random—99% of the time, predators are looking for the easiest victim, least likely to resist, in a location least likely to get them caught."
Dale's mission is straightforward: enable regular people to defend themselves, their families, and others before police arrive. He's ex-FFL (closing July 1, 2025 due to California regulatory burden) and spends time helping students find the right gear, explaining concepts, answering follow-up questions.

"My experience with HomeFront Defense was so much easier than dealing with big-box stores. No waiting, no attitude, no overcharging. Dale treated me like I was his only customer. My paperwork was done in about 10 minutes. Why did I go to those other stores for so long?" – H.N., 5/2020
