Guides recommend breaking in boots, practicing with your weapon before arrival, and bringing plenty of ammunition. Recommended gear includes Crispi hunting boots, Maven optics, Kuiu jackets, Montana Knife Company blades, and Slayer game bags. All clients sign liability waivers; guides contact hunters 7 days pre-hunt to confirm logistics.

Western Wildlife controls access to one of Nevada's largest private ranches. Their guide stability—many with 10+ years tenure—means consistent quality. They offer landowner vouchers for the Winecup, improving draw odds for mule deer by 30–50%. They run both premium trophy hunts and affordable antelope trips, meaning there's an entry point for every budget.
