Rhino's Outfitters

Kerry Griffith started Rhino's Outfitters in January 1990 with a straightforward goal: deliver the best hunting guide service possible with quality animals. That's still the mission today. The operation is family-run—Kerry and his son Cody (who holds his own CA guide license) work the hunts, along with experienced guide Robert Bradley.

California State Record Holder — Kerry claimed the #1 world record Rio Grande wild turkey in 1988, still #1 in California. He's also a past California State Champion Turkey Caller and teaches turkey calling seminars.

Their boar hunts have produced multiple record-class animals. Joe Orth took a world-record hog through Rhino's that placed 3rd in the World Free Range Wild Boar Weight Class at 372 lbs.

4-Day Blacktail Deer Hunt — $1,500/person (archery only) 5,000-acre private ranch about 9.5 miles from the ocean. Open country for rifle hunters, thick coverage for archery. ATV access available.

2-Day Boar Hunt — $750/person Same private property. Additional animals available at $450/person.

Combo Hunts — $2,000/person (deer + pig) Turkey & Pig Combo — $1,250/person

Kerry has hunted personally with both rifle and bow across California and Wyoming. He knows what success looks like and structures each hunt accordingly—though like any hunt, nothing's guaranteed.
