The Santa Lucia Sportsmen's Association operates as an exclusive members-only facility and is not open to the public. The club provides a well-maintained environment for serious shooters and outdoor enthusiasts to develop their skills and enjoy various shooting disciplines.

The club maintains multiple specialized ranges to accommodate different shooting sports:

Guests must be 18 or older, sign liability waivers, pay a $15 range fee, and wear guest ID badges. Each person may visit as a guest only once—subsequent use requires membership.
