Smokin Barrel operates Southern California's largest indoor shooting range right in Simi Valley. The facility features:

• •22 climate-controlled shooting lanes with advanced wireless target systems
• •360-degree target turning capability for dynamic drills
• •Private VIP bays for groups and serious shooters
• •Premier rifle bay rated for .50 BMG (plus all handgun calibers and rifles up to .308 and .30-06 in standard bays)

• •Weekday: $25/hour (adults)
• •Weekend/Holiday: $30/hour (adults)
• •Minors (12+): $15/hour (must be accompanied by parent/guardian)

No appointments needed—just show up.

• •Handgun rentals: $20 first gun, $10 each additional
• •Rifle rentals: $25 first rifle, $10 each additional
• •Shotgun use: $10 fee (covers increased filter maintenance)

Must be 21+, pass their safe handling demo, and use ammo purchased onsite.

Smokin Barrel offers:

• •2-hour private lessons: $350 (1 person) or $450 (2 people). Includes range fee, instructor, targets, firearm, ammo, and private classroom.
• •1-hour tune-up lessons: $175 (includes instructor and range fee)
• •Firearms safety certification testing available in-store

To buy ammunition: - Valid CA Driver License or ID Card - Firearms registered at current address within past 5 years

They handle all California compliance requirements. Their staff knows the current regs and can walk you through what you need.

Everyone—no exceptions—goes through range safety orientation before shooting. Rules are enforced consistently:

• •Eye and ear protection mandatory
• •Firearms unloaded and cased until in the booth
• •Cease-fire commands are obeyed immediately
• •Range Safety Officers have final say on all decisions
