Full description and what we offer

Rocky Mountain Rifles has spent six decades perfecting the craft of custom hunting rifles. With over 35 years specifically dedicated to gunsmithing and rifle builds, their team understands what hunters actually need—from rugged mountain hunts to long-range precision shooting.

They offer three main rifle lines, each starting at $4,699:

  • Alpine Hunter (6-7.5 lbs) - The everyday mountain rifle. Pristine action, TriggerTech trigger, Wilson or Proof Research barrels, and your choice of Cerakote color and stock paint.
  • Mountain Lite (5.5-7 lbs) - Lightweight precision. Built on Iota Eko-X stock with fluted ultralight options for hunters who count every ounce.
  • Precision Lite (6.8-7 lbs) - Starting at $5,499, this is their long-range platform on an MDT HNT26 chassis. Built for accuracy without compromise.

All builds feature bottom metal with hinged floorplate or detachable mag options, muzzle brakes, and full customization.

"The 'Kissel Missile' is a deadly weapon!" — Brett Kissel, Country Music Star

Their rifles are used by professional guides (Yukon Peak Outfitters, Lancaster Family Hunting), TV hosts, and hunters making long-range shots. One customer made a 370-yard one-shot kill on her first mule deer with a Rocky Mountain Rifle.

100+ years of combined gunsmithing knowledge from skilled machinists and custom builders. They source only top-tier components and handle everything in-house—from barrel work and Cerakote finishing to custom turrets and ballistic labels through Ballistix.

Complete rifle systems can be paired with custom yardage turrets or weatherproof ballistic labels to eliminate guesswork in the field.
