Tactical Elite Training Academy operates out of Colorado Springs with a straightforward mission: teach real-world skills that save lives. Founded on the premise that both civilians and professionals need quality instruction backed by actual experience, the academy has built a program around instructors with extensive backgrounds in law enforcement, military, security, and executive protection.

The course catalog splits into clear lanes:

Firearms Training - NRA Basic Pistol, Shotgun, and Rifle (10 hours each) - Tactical Pistol 1, 2, 3 (16, 16, 8 hours) - Carbine 1, 2, 3 (16, 16, 8 hours) - Tactical Shotgun 1 & 2 (8 hours each) - Colorado Concealed Handgun License ($65, offered weekly)

Personal Defense Courses - Basic and Advanced Self Defense Tactics - Ground Defense, Pressure Point Control, Knife Defense - Weapon Retention and Disarm Tactics - Civilian Use of Force Training

Classes run 7 days a week and can be scheduled around your availability. All firearms courses are available for private instruction or small group training—contact them directly for rates. To reserve a spot, you need to put down a $125 non-refundable deposit that gets deducted from the course total. All students must have a clean criminal history and be legally eligible to own a firearm.

Adam C. Hanna serves as Chief Instructor and is an Executive Protection Specialist, Security Consultant, Law Enforcement Officer, and K-9 Handler. The broader team includes:
