J and J Gun Guys specializes in getting you certified and legal to carry. They're NRA-certified instructors running pistol permit classes for Connecticut, Utah, and Florida—pick the state that fits your needs.
You show up Saturday morning at 9 AM. Eight hours later, you're done:
- •Classroom time covers gun safety, parts identification, proper grip, stance, magazine loading, safety operation, cleaning, and storage
- •Range time is hands-on qualification at a local shooting range (guns provided)
- •Paperwork gets filled out and submitted while you're there
They handle fingerprinting for Utah permits and notary services on-site. No surprises, no follow-up trips.
Age requirement: You must be 21 to apply for a Connecticut permit.
