Michael Korman brings serious credentials to the classroom. A U.S. Air Force veteran with 40+ years of recreational shooting experience and a decade of certified NRA instruction, he knows firearms from multiple angles—both the engineering and the practical side.

Connecticut Pistol Permit Classes - The eight-hour certification course you need to apply for your state permit to carry pistols and revolvers. Includes classroom training on fundamentals, hands-on practice, and one-on-one range instruction. Classes run regularly each month at Skungamaug Fish & Game Club in Amston, CT.

Private Lessons - One-on-one training to develop marksmanship skills after your permit class or as a refresher. You can bring your own firearm if you have your permit, or try different ones from Korman's collection before you decide what to buy.

Consulting - Help with firearm operation, safety questions, purchase decisions, or specific needs for yourself, your family, or your business.

The classes aren't drill-sergeant material. They're built around actually learning in an environment where people relax enough to absorb what matters.

Regularly scheduled monthly classes at the club, or private instruction for individuals and small groups. If you have legal shooting land and a group of six or more, Korman can come to you.
