Full description and what we offer
Black Bottom Outfitters operates a sprawling hunting property in Bradford County, Florida with over 22,000 acres of private land directly off US 301. The landscape mixes hardwood swamp bottoms and planted pine with 20+ food plots of at least an acre each—plus over 70 miles of roads that see consistent turkey activity.
Three-day, four-night packages run from mid-March through late April. You can choose fully guided hunts where experts handle the entire operation, or semi/self-guided hunts if you prefer more independence. The property holds a strong Osceola turkey population, and guides know the terrain inside out.
Hunt options: - Fully Guided: $3,200 per hunter - Semi/Self-Guided: $2,700 per hunter - Non-hunter (lodging/meals only): $800
Add thermal and suppressed hog hunts for $400 per hunter with no limit on harvest.
You'll stay in cracker-style cabins equipped with Wi-Fi, A/C, heat, and flat-screen TVs. Two full bathrooms serve the camp. The kitchen is fully stocked, and Mrs. Rachel handles all cooking—breakfast, lunch, and dinner with Southern-style home cooking and dessert every night. They're flexible on meal timing, offering breakfast to-go or after your morning hunt if you prefer.
The property features hardwoods, planted timber, swamp bottoms, 20+ food plots, and diverse vegetation including live oak, water oak, turkey oak, gallberry, and palmetto flats. They trap year-round for opossum, armadillo, and coyote to maintain habitat quality.
Ranked as one of the Top Florida Turkey Hunting Destinations in 2025 by Ranch Review and Outfitter Connection
Extras include clay pigeon shooting, a full gun range, a fire pit for evenings, and complete access to the 20,000+ acre property. The weather averages 60s lows to mid-80s highs—bring lightweight clothing, Thermacell, mosquito repellent, and snake boots. E-bikes are useful for covering those 70 miles of roads quietly.
