Cast & Blast FL Outfitters isn't a new franchise operation—it's rooted in four generations of Florida hunting and fishing culture. Owner and lead guide Capt. Frank Leto started hunting at age three in the pine flats of Land O' Lakes and has spent decades becoming an expert in waterfowl, upland birds, big game, and saltwater species.

Frank's philosophy is simple: create high-quality, low-pressure hunting experiences centered on mentorship and conservation. His greatest satisfaction comes from helping others achieve firsts—a child's first duck, a family's first hunt together, someone's first time in the wild.

Waterfowl & Upland Hunting: - Duck hunts across Florida's marshes and backwaters - Turkey hunts using expert calling techniques - Hog hunts on private managed lands - Teal season early hunts - Whitetail deer trips (including out-of-state adventures)

They're expanding beyond Tampa Bay operations. A waterfront lodge in Ruskin, FL opened for duck season with availability for spring inshore trips and multi-day adventures.

Unlike larger charter companies, Cast & Blast maintains a small, tight crew of guides who know Florida waters and wildlife intimately—not franchise captains rotating through.

Frank and his crew guide adventurers of all ages: kids on their very first hunt, multi-generational family trips, experienced hunters chasing trophy species, and anglers seeking bucket-list fish like tarpon and permit.
