Concealed Weapons Courses - Florida Gun Shows

Florida Gun Shows partners with Bull Dog Tactical Group to deliver Florida Concealed Weapon Permit (CWP) classes at gun shows statewide. Classes run about 2 hours and cover state law, defensive weapons, theory, and practical skill—taught by police firearms instructors certified through the State of Florida.

Bring only a driver's license or valid government photo ID. After class, you'll get your certificate and application. Then visit a local law enforcement agency for fingerprinting, get your photo taken, and submit your application in person at a Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services office or authorized tax collector's office.

Active-duty personnel can substitute military documentation (Common Access Card, military orders, or service statement) for firearms training experience. Former military can submit a DD Form 214 with honorable discharge.
