Captain Christian "Goggles" Bellomo has spent 15+ years mastering alligator hunting on Central Florida's lakes. Based in Orlando, he runs guided hunts across some of the region's most productive waters during the official season: August 15 through November 1.

You'll need an Alligator Trapping Agent license. Get one by calling 1-888-347-4356 or visiting gooutdoorsflorida.com.

Once you've harvested a gator, Captain Goggles connects you with a local processor who handles:

• •Taxidermy
• •Meat processing
• •Leather making
