Whitetail Deer
The ranch stocks whitetail bred from select 200-inch Boone & Crockett bloodlines. Mature bucks regularly exceed 200 pounds, with some scoring over 200 inches. You'll find everything from giant typicals to 20+ point non-typicals. Hunts available with rifle or archery.

Axis Deer (Spotted Ghost)
Originally from India, these spotted deer thrive in Northwest Florida's heat. Mature bucks carry 28+ inch antlers and weigh up to 300 pounds. Known as some of the best game meat available. Hunt from box blinds or ladder stands with rifle or archery.
Blackbuck Antelope
Spiral-horned antelopes from India, Nepal, and Pakistan. One hunter described Magnolia Ranch's herd as "the best group of mature bucks I've seen." Average horn length runs 17–22 inches. Hunt year-round from box blinds, ladder stands, or safari-style. Trophy fee: $3,500.
Elk
Bull hunts: $8,500 | Cow hunts: $3,000
All hunts available year-round for blackbuck antelope and axis deer. Whitetail seasons vary.

Deposit & Payment
$1,000 deposit required to hold your date (three business days pending receipt). Dates operate first-come, first-served. Bookings are non-transferable but can be rescheduled or postponed to a different date or next season.
Payment accepted via personal check, company check, or wire transfer. Credit card/PayPal payments incur a 3.5% convenience fee.
Game Processing
Guides will field dress and transport harvested game to the skinning area. Taxidermy and game processing arrangements available for an additional fee.
Important: Wounded game is considered harvested and must be paid in full. Ranch staff makes all efforts to retrieve the animal and return it to you.
