ACC operates as a 501(c)3 nonprofit. A finance committee of senior financial professionals oversees accounting, and the books are reviewed annually by a public accounting firm. The organization prioritizes high net contribution margins—meaning sponsorship dollars go directly to charities rather than overhead.
| Year Established | Total Contributed | Annual Contributors |
|---|---|---|
| 1991 | $4.6+ million | 300+ shooters |
| 2025 | Ongoing | Multiple sponsors |
Burge Club has been in the same family since 1809. It operates as a private club, farm, shooting preserve, and entertainment facility. The sporting clays course is customized annually for ACC and features challenging shots set in wooded terrain with beautiful grounds.
Five Arrow Farms provides an equally impressive setting for Gold Sponsors' Day, with a walking course that tests shooting skills and lake views to enjoy while dining.
Volunteers can register for the 2026 event. Sponsorship levels range from individual ticket purchases to major corporate partnerships. All shooters receive an Atlanta Charity Clays hat and pin signifying their support.
