The USA Clay Target League operates Hawaii's state high school shooting sports program as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The League prioritizes safety, fun, and marksmanship—in that order—for student athletes competing across multiple disciplines.
Students can compete in:
Each discipline runs in both fall and spring seasons with separate leaderboards, conferences, and state tournaments.

The League also manages team registration, athlete recruitment resources, and operates ClayTargetGO!, an online platform for league management.
Coaches can access education materials, safety support, and student-athlete recruitment kits. Athletes get access to the Athlete Management System, safety certification programs, and scholarship opportunities. The League also publishes PullUSA Magazine and maintains an Academy for continued education.
