Full description and what we offer
eRegulations provides comprehensive, island-by-island hunting season information for Hawaii. This isn't a gun store or range—it's the reference point for anyone planning a hunt in the islands.
Big Island features archery and muzzleloader seasons for Puuwaawaa feral sheep and Puu Anahulu rams (March through October). Kauai offers year-round hunting in some units with feral goats and pigs across multiple units. Lanai specializes in mouflon sheep and axis deer with lottery-based seasons. All islands have game bird seasons running November through January.
Hawaii supports youth hunts, disabled hunter seasons, and senior opportunities. These are listed separately with their own dates and unit assignments.
Check DLNR regularly—seasons are updated throughout the year. eRegulations stays current with the latest announcements so you don't miss opening dates.
Hawaii hunting is highly regulated by unit and method. A season might be open Saturdays and Sundays only, or daily, or limited to specific weekends. Getting dates wrong means a wasted trip. eRegulations consolidates DLNR data into one searchable reference.
