Full description and what we offer
Idaho Whitetail Guides is a family operation run by Bradley and Ami Dammerman, built on three decades of hunting experience and over 20 years as licensed guides. They operate across 450+ square miles of the Nez Perce, Clearwater, and Idaho Panhandle National Forests—elevations ranging from 1,200 to 6,000 feet—covering some of the most productive big game country in central Idaho.
Full-range guided and non-guided hunts available with archery or rifle. Their pack of well-trained BearPath-Plott hounds—a bloodline passed down through the guide's family—handles predator hunts (cougar, bobcat, bear). Daily hunts depart from a full-amenity rustic cabin via 4x4 pickup, snowmobile, or ATV, with hot meals and cabin accommodations each night.
No big game license draw or lottery required—book early to reserve your tags before the season.
They're direct about what hunting requires: you'll be in remote areas on challenging terrain. Your physical ability and mental toughness matter as much as guide skill. This isn't a trophy-mill operation—it's serious hunting with serious people.
