T. Allen Hoover - NRA Certified Firearms Instructor

T. Allen Hoover is an NRA Certified Instructor and Training Counselor running both basic-level and instructor-level courses out of Boise. Classes combine classroom instruction, live-fire range work, and legal training—not just generic firearms lectures.

The flagship offering is the NRA Personal Protection (ITH) Handgun Course, a full-day class (8am-8pm) designed to meet and exceed Idaho's Enhanced Concealed Weapon License requirements under 18-3302K. The structure breaks down as:
