Full description and what we offer
Schemels Meridian partners with the U.S. Concealed Carry Association to deliver Idaho Enhanced Concealed Carry Weapons Permit (ECCW) training. This isn't online instruction—it's hands-on education built for real-world protection.
Mark Cerchione brings 30 years of law enforcement experience from the Idaho Falls Police Department and Department of Homeland Security. That's not a marketing angle—that's your instructor's actual background.
The class covers the legal foundation every concealed carrier needs:
Part classroom, part range time. You'll spend the first portion in the Meridian location getting the legal and safety framework, then move to live-fire instruction in small groups (4-6 students) at Double Tapp Range for tailored 1-on-1 coaching. Missing the range portion disqualifies you from permit eligibility—so it's not optional.
Your permit works in 39 states and makes you eligible for Oregon's concealed carry license too. Idaho's reciprocity agreements mean your protection travels.
Personal safety isn't theoretical. Crime happens in quiet neighborhoods. The peace of mind from being prepared—and legal—is real. A permit also provides documented justification for self-defense if that moment ever comes.
