The Complete Combatant built their reputation around Image Based Decisional Drills (IBDD) - a training system that teaches shooters to make quick decisions under pressure. Brian Hill developed this system to help armed citizens "make a decision, choose your action, see the results and then think about the pros and cons."

They host three major events that draw shooters from across the region:

The Quest runs three days in October with Brian Hill, Scott Jedlinski, and guest instructors. The 2024 event sold out.

The Complete Combatant partnered with Multi Drill Targets to produce their custom TCC Target (23" x 35", 60 lb. white paper). The target combines multiple training elements so students can run Brian's drills on one platform. They also offer a CORE Rifle Target designed specifically for rifle shooters with precise measurements for zeroing and hold-overs.

They certify instructors in Image Based Decisional Drills through their IBDD Instructor Certification Program. The program teaches how to guide students through decision-making scenarios and handle various student reactions - from perfect responses to freezing up.
