They operate range simulators and support leagues and group training. If you're bringing a group, they handle corporate and special events.

NRA Basic Pistol Shooting covers fundamentals: gun safety rules, revolver and semi-automatic operation, ammunition selection, storage, marksmanship, maintenance, and range safety. You'll shoot live fire under an NRA Certified Instructor and take a standardized qualification. This 8-hour course satisfies the first requirement for Illinois Concealed Carry Licenses. Cost: $100.

Illinois Concealed Carry Renewal is a 3-hour minimum course. You'll review fundamentals, practice drawing and dry-firing from a holster, clear common malfunctions, and shoot a 30-round re-qualification. Covers all required Illinois legal aspects: - 430 ILCS 66/10(h) — Lawful interaction with law enforcement while carrying - 430 ILCS 66/65 — Prohibited areas and parking lot exemptions - 430 ILCS 65/1 — The FOID Act - 720 ILCS 5/7-1, 7-2, 7-3 — Use of force in defense of person, dwelling, property - 720 ILCS 24/1 — Unlawful Use of Weapons

Cost: $75.

NRA Basic Personal Protection In The Home Course is 8 hours with approximately 100 rounds fired. Prerequisites exist—you need to show mastery of basic safe gun handling (NRA Basic Pistol certificate, competitive shooting qualification, military DD 214 with pistol qualification, or pass their pre-course assessment). This course teaches defensive shooting skills, home safety strategies, handgun selection for self-defense, and legal frameworks. Cost: $75.

NRA Defensive Pistol focuses on developing a defensive mindset. You'll learn concealment principles, the difference between cover and concealment, drawing from the holster, mental awareness levels, clearing common stoppages, and pocket pistol use. Taught only by NRA Certified Advanced Pistol Instructors.

NRA Basics of Personal Protection Outside The Home Course is split into two levels: - Level One: 9 hours, ~100 rounds. Essential knowledge and skills for carrying, storing, and using a firearm safely outside the home. - Level Two: Additional 5 hours, ~115 rounds. Advanced shooting skills (optional after level one).

Cost: $175 (16-hour package).

NRA Basic Rifle Shooting Course runs at least 9 hours with classroom and range time. Covers safe gun handling, rifle parts and operation, ammunition, shooting fundamentals, range rules, and shooting from bench rest, prone, sitting, standing, and kneeling positions. Includes cleaning and skill development opportunities.

NRA Refuse To Be A Victim® Seminars range from 1-2 hours (modified) to 4-5 hours (full). Not a firearms instruction course—it covers criminal psychology, automobile crimes, cyber safety, home security, carjacking avoidance, and personal safety devices. No combat training included.

They offer NRA instructor training across multiple disciplines:

NRA Basic Metallic Cartridge Reloading Course (8 hours, classroom) and NRA Instructor Metallic Cartridge Reloading Course are coming when supplies become available. These cover reloading safety, centerfire components, manuals, data, equipment, and the reloading process.

They operate as an FFL dealer and offer firearm rentals from various manufacturers. Ammunition for rentals must be purchased on-site. They accept new customers and handle registration by phone.
