Firearms Training and Assistance

Firearms Training and Assistance operates with instructors holding Illinois State Certified Concealed Carry Instructor credentials and NRA Certified Pistol Instructor certifications. The team brings combined experience spanning law enforcement, security, and firearms backgrounds—well over 25 years total.

Concealed Carry Class — $100 Full 16-hour course meeting Illinois CCL requirements. You receive your completion certificate upon finishing, and can also apply for Arizona and Florida non-resident permits once done.

Veteran's Class — $50 8-hour course for veterans with DD214 or active military ID. Requires Illinois DL or State ID.

Veteran's Refresher Class — $75 16-hour course covering safety, maintenance, and handgun knowledge. No DD214 required—open to all veterans.

CCL Renewal Class — $40 Approx. 3-hour renewal course for existing CCL holders.

Advanced Concealed Carry — $100 Two-part course requiring completion of Illinois CCL class first.

• •Classroom portion (2 hours): Defensive mindset, threat assessment, cover and concealment, situational awareness, 21-foot rule, Tueller Drill, vehicle defense scenarios.

• •Range portion (4 hours): Live fire covering draw and engage, magazine reloads under pressure, moving and firing, firing from cover and concealment, different shooting positions.

• •Application Assistance — $30. Help with concealed carry application, photos, certificate attachment
• •FOID Card Application — $20. Account setup and FOID application completion
• •Private Training — $25/hour. One-on-one concealment techniques and range work
