TriggerFarm's instructors have actual field experience and know how to teach without the drill sergeant act. They use humor to make serious material stick, and hundreds of Chicagoland shooters have completed their programs.

Offered monthly (except Dec-March). Designed for everyone from complete beginners to experienced shooters. The class covers fundamentals from the ground up—even experienced shooters typically pick something up. 3-hour renewal classes also available.

All shooting, no classroom. Pick this up after your CC class or if you already have shooting experience and want to build real skills. This is where you actually get trigger time—you'll shoot around 400 rounds.

Drills include: - Drawing and firing from holster (lots of reps to build muscle memory) - Shooting while moving - Shooting from cover - Speed reloading - Shooting from vehicles - Weak-handed shooting - Malfunction drills - Elevated heart rate shooting

Drills scale to your skill level—instructors tailor speed and stress so you challenge yourself at your own pace.

For the defensive pistol class: a quality outside-the-waistband holster, several magazines, and about 400 rounds of ammunition.
