Hunt Club of Richmond has been operating since 1949, maintaining 400+ acres of natural hunting grounds—hills, flatlands, woods, marshes, ponds, and streams—on the Illinois-Wisconsin border near Chain-O-Lakes State Park. Located at 5016 IL Route 173 in Richmond, IL, it's about an hour north of Chicago and 30 minutes from Gurnee.
Pheasant and chukar hunting runs October 1st through early April. Hunts require reservations and are limited to 4 hunters maximum per group.
Member Pricing: - Weekday hunt (Mon-Thurs): $125/person - Weekend hunt (Fri-Sun): $200/person - Additional birds: $27.50 each (3-bird minimum) - Guide and dog fee: $125 - Gun rental: $40
Membership Options: - Family Membership: $2,500 plus 10 birds—covers you, spouse, parents, children, grandchildren. Includes hunting season access, year-round fishing, hiking, biking, dog walking land, and sporting clays discounts. - Corporate Membership: $5,700 plus 30 birds (3 authorized users)
Non-residents need a non-resident preserve license; Illinois hunting licenses required.
