Jeff Podgorski launched DJ's Guns in 2005 as a Portage police officer and Desert Storm veteran who wanted to run an honest firearms business. When Jeff passed in 2018, his wife Debbie and son James took over and kept the same approach: fair pricing, knowledgeable service, no games.
The gunsmithing side is temporarily closed, but they're fully operational for what most gun owners actually need:
- •FFL Transfers — Buy online, ship to DJ's, and save money. $25 for long guns and receivers, $30 for handguns. Federally licensed dealer.
- •Firearms & Accessories Sales — New firearm inventory plus tactical and hunting gear
- •Fenix Flashlight Dealer — Preferred dealer for the full Fenix tactical flashlight lineup
- •Law Enforcement Support — Agency purchasing, sales, and transfers for police departments
- •Camping & Hiking Gear — Outdoor equipment for families and scout groups
