Full description and what we offer
Southern Indiana Rifle and Pistol Club operates both an outdoor and indoor range facility, giving shooters flexibility for year-round training and competition. The club hosts CMP and NRA sanctioned matches and clinics regularly—you don't need to be a member to participate in organized events.
The club runs dedicated programs across multiple disciplines:
Upcoming matches include: Smallbore indoors (Jan 11th, Feb 8th), Rimfire Sporter indoors (Feb 7th), plus regular pistol team practice Tuesday and Friday afternoons.
The club actively supports youth marksmanship development and offers clinics for shooters of all levels. Bullseye pistol training classes are available—check their website for current scheduling.
All members and guests must follow club rules with strict enforcement on eye and hearing protection (eye protection is required for all shooting). Annual memberships expire December 31st. Members must carry and display their membership card at all times.
Note: After heavy rains, the small creek between the road and outdoor range can become impassable. Check water levels before visiting.
The outdoor range is maintained with regular mowing on Tuesday evenings. Access is via club roads only—private property access is prohibited.
