This is Browning's dedicated support service for the Dura-Touch® coating class action settlement (Bittner v. Browning Arms Company, Case No. 3:17-cv-143-MPM, N.D. Miss.). If you own a Browning firearm with the Dura-Touch coating and it's showing signs of deterioration, you're eligible to submit a claim.
Signs that your Dura-Touch coating needs attention include: - Tacky, viscous, or sticky feel on gripped surfaces - Peeling of the coating - Bubbling or separation
Important: Only firearms currently showing deterioration are eligible. Any guns submitted without visible deterioration will be returned to you.
1. Complete and submit the claim form (online or by phone) 2. Browning contacts you via email with shipping instructions 3. You ship your complete firearm with a prepaid UPS label 4. Browning evaluates and repairs or replaces as needed 5. Six-month turnaround from receipt to return
Packaging Requirements: Send the entire firearm including magazines and caps. Remove all aftermarket accessories (chokes, slings, scopes, sights). Do NOT send the gun case. Firearms must be completely unloaded. UPS requires adult signature (21+) upon delivery.

The settlement covers U.S. customers with eligible Dura-Touch coated Browning firearms. All shipping labels are prepaid. Browning is not responsible for lost or damaged aftermarket accessories. Ammunition found in shipped firearms will incur a disposal and handling fee.
