Fowl X Outdoors started in 2020 with a straightforward mission: show hunters what central Iowa's waterfowl opportunities actually look like. They've built that into a full guided operation with experienced guides stationed across the state.

They winter thousands of Canada geese and chase duck migrations through central Iowa. Their guides follow bird movement across the region, so location adjusts with weather and migration patterns. You hunt water and dry fields depending on conditions—their setup changes with what the birds are doing.

Mid-season hunts capitalize on the initial migration push. Late-season hunts run when snow's on the ground and geese concentrate—conditions that make decoys work hard and make the hunt memorable.
